Capitula solitaria, subsessilia, globosa, magnitudine cerasi nigri. Bractece extimae breviter acuminata?, extus glaberrimac, marginibus tenuissime ciliatis, dimidio capitulo par urn longiores; reliquae sericeae, apicibus glabriusculis. Calyx dense barbatus, lamina inte-riori villis adpressis sericea. Stigma cylindraeeum, stylo vix crassius.
