Characteristics

Small, caespitose, epiphytic herbs up to 25 cm. tall. Secondary stems about 1.5 cm. long. Leaves 4-10 cm. long and 0.6-1.1 cm. broad, attenuated into a short petiole at the base, oblanceolate-ligulate. Inflorescence up to 23 cm. long, much exceeding the leaves; bracts 2-5 mm. long, infundibuliform, free part tri-angular-lanceolate or broadly ovate, acute or acuminate. Sepals about 3.5-4.5 mm. long and as broad, suborbicular, obtuse. Petals about 1.5 mm. long and 1.7 mm. broad, cuneate-flabellate. Lip about 1 mm. long and 1.2 mm. broad, trulli-form, obtuse, with a raised transverse callus.
