Characteristics

Leaves 2–9(20) x 1–1.5(6) mm., opposite or alternate, or subfasciculate, spathulate or narrowly oblanceolate, obtuse, markedly narrowing into sessile base, entire or with few teeth towards apex, glabrous or minutely glandular-papillose.

Corolla deep brown; tube 9.5–14(20) mm. long, slender, straight, somewhat dilated below limb, finely glandular-papillose; limb c. 7 mm. in diam.; lobes 2.5–3.5 x 1.5–2 mm., broadly oblong, entire.
