Herb, stems slender, ascending, up to 0.3 m long; thinly appressedly pilose becoming glabrous when older. Leaves ± linear-lanceolate, 23-39 mm long, mucro small and recurved, pinnately parallel-veined; upper surface glabrous; lower surface appressed pilose; petiolate. Stipules setaceous. Flowers solitary in axils of leaves, white, drying yellow. Caly x: lobes ciliate, shorter than tube. Petals: standard silky on outside and long ciliate margin at base of lobe.
