Leaves both basal and cauline; petiole 2.4--5.8 cm; leaf blade 4-ternate, 5--10 cm; leaflet blade ovate, obovate, or orbicular, 3--8 × 2.5--5 mm, papery, both surfaces glabrous except veins sometimes pubescent, base rounded or cuneate, apex 3-lobed; lobes entire. Inflorescence paniculate, few flowered. Pedicel ca. 10 mm. Sepals 4, deciduous, yellow-green, elliptic, 2--3 mm. Stamens ca. 25; filament 2--2.5 mm, apex oblanceolate; anther elliptic, 0.5--0.7 mm, apex mucronate. Carpels 5--12; style persistent, slightly circinate. Achenes sessile; body fusiform, 2--3 mm; veins ca. 8. Fl. Jul.
