Fruit 8–11 × 5–6 mm., coriaceous, 2-lobed, somewhat compressed; loculi 4–6-seeded.
Stamens as long as the petals; anthers small, ovate, with an apical gland.
Flowers yellow; pedicels 3–5 mm. long (elongating to 15 mm. in fruit).
Sepals 4, 1·3–1·6 mm. long, ovate, slightly united at the base.
Inflorescence of racemes or axillary and terminal panicles.
Petals 5·3–5·7 × 3·3 mm., free, imbricate, elliptic.
Ovary 1·5 mm. long, subglobose; style 3 mm. long.
Seeds 1 mm. in diam., subreniform.
