Leaves petiolate; lamina 5·5–10 × 3–6·5 cm., broadly elliptic, or elliptic-oblong, apex shortly apiculate, base rounded, coriaceous, sparsely pubescent when young, later usually glabrous, deciduous; petiole 1·5–2 cm. long, somewhat pubescent or glabrous, canaliculate.
