Characteristics

Dwarf succulent, with 1-few, erect to spreading slender, ± woody branches, up to 180 mm long, from a solitary swollen tuber, with short phyllopodia. Leaves dry at flowering, narrowly oblanceolate to obcordate, dorsiventrally flattened, 10-40 x 4-32 mm, glandular-pubescent. Flowers upright, in a sparse glandular-pubescent inflorescence, with peduncle 8-15 mm long, corolla tube 10-12 mm long, cylindrical and widening towards mouth, pale yellow, lobes 4-5 mm long, bright yellow.
