Characteristics

Dwarf succulent, with 1-few erect branches, up to 150 mm long and 2-4 mm thick, from an underground tuber, with short phyllopodia. Leaves dry at flowering, oblanceolate to elliptic, dorsiventrally flattened, 12-30 x 5-10 mm, glandular-pubescent. Flowers upright, in a sparse glandular-pubescent inflorescence, with peduncle 50-70 mm long, corolla tube 11-13 mm long and cylindrical, pale green, streaked with maroon, lobes 5-6 mm long, dark maroon.
