Annual herbs or suffruticose, 12-50 cm tall; stems 0.7-2.6 mm diam., glabrous to copiously pilose with hairs to 3 mm long. Leaves 2-3 cm long, 0.4-2 cm wide, subentire or rarely serrate, the base obtuse or rarely attenuate, both surfaces glabrate to moderately pilose with hairs to 1 mm long. Inflorescence with peduncles up to 1-5(-10) mm long, 0.1-0.3 mm diam., glabrate to pilose with hairs to 1 mm long.
