Berry: large (10.8 g); ellipsoidal; dark-purple skin of medium thickness and thick bloom; flesh soft or mediumsoft; juicy; sweet with somewhat sour and strawberry flavor; 13.5% to 18% soluble solids; 0.65% to 0.90% acidity; ripens early August in Beijing area; seedless berries can be produced after gibberellic acid treatment.
