Origin: in Urbana, Ill., by H.C. Barrett, Univ. of Ill. Introd. in 1968. Seibel 14664 × Seyve Villard 20365. Cross made in 1951, selected in 1956, tested as Ill. 182-1. Cluster: large; loose; long-tapering; compound, long peduncle. Berry: large; very elongated, pointed, "lady finger" shape; flesh tender, sweet, slightly astringent, firm; skin golden yellow at maturity, attractive, thin but tough, adheres to flesh, no cracking; ripens about mid-September at Urbana.
