Characteristics

Leaf-lamina 4–13 × 1·5–8 cm., subentire, apex long-caudate, base truncate to cordate, upper surface minutely stellate-hairy and rather dark green, lower surface paler and more stellate-hairy to tomentose; petiole up to 5 cm. long, floccose-tomentose; pedicels 1–3 cm. long (elongating to c. 6 cm. in fruit), articulated towards the apex, puberulous to stellate-floccose.
