Leaves: stipules not seen, apparently very quickly caducous; petiole 4–6(–8, fide Taubert) mm. long, glabrous; lamina oblong-elliptic or possibly obovate-elliptic, 8–12(–14, fide Taubert) cm. long, 2.7–4.5(–6.5, fide Taubert) cm. wide, acuminate at apex, rounded to cuneate-rounded at base.. Axis of raceme 0–2 mm. long; pedicels glabrous, 10–15 mm. long.. Flower-buds pale pink.. Sepals 4.5–5 mm. long.. Petals ± 6 mm. long (only damaged ones seen).. Ovary glabrous.. Pods unknown.
