Stems 250–350 × 2.5–3 mm. Leaves shortly stalked, 3–4, ovate, 30–70 × 25–30 mm, light green, margins smooth. Flower stem 170–240 mm long, thin, hairy, reddish, 10–30-flowered. Flowers crowded, c. 3 × 2 mm, dull reddish with white petals, externally hairy. Dorsal sepal porrect, c. 3 × 1.5 mm, hooded. Lateral sepals divergent, c. 3 × 1.2 mm. Petals c. 3 × 1 mm, white. Labellum c. 3 × 2 mm, white with yellow central bar; apex divided into 2 oblong, divergent lobes, each with wavy margins; base with 2 thin, curled calli.
