Flowers white, on pedicels 2–3 mm. long.. Calyx 1–2 mm. long, glabrous.. Corolla glabrous outside.. Staminal tube long-exserted.. Pod [described from Busse 258] more or less oblong and somewhat transversely plicate, 10–14 cm. long, 2.5–2.9 cm. wide, glabrous, eglandular, venose, brownish-purple.. Seeds 8.5–11.5 mm. long, 8–10 mm. wide, flattened.
