Inflorescences arising along the stem, opposite leaves, 1.5–3 cm long, 1–2-flowered.
Sepals 11–14.5 × 1–5 mm, lanceolate, acuminate, the lateral sepals somewhat falcate.
Leaves distichous, 3–6 × 1–1.3 cm, elliptic, unequally 2-lobed at the apex.
Roots numerous, arising opposite the leaves, long, c. 2 mm in diameter.
Epiphytic herb; stems elongate and scandent, leafy, up to 40 cm long.
