Characteristics

Woody shrub, up to 400 mm tall. Leaves pinkish grey, glaucous, loosely arranged, finger-like to sickle-shaped, 50-80 mm long, ± 15-16 mm thick, apex blunt. Flowers magenta to red with yellow towards base, ± 50 mm diam. Fruit 6-locular, ± 12 mm diam., valve wings absent, seeds dark brown, papillae broader than high.
