Lip 4–7 mm long; epichile 5–6.3 × 5.7–7.3 mm, 3-lobed near the base, the mid-lobe quadrate, 2–3 mm long, the side lobes 1–2 mm long, narrow and spreading; spur 2.5–4.5 mm long, slender, blunt, curved.
Inflorescence laxly (1)3–15-flowered, up to 9 cm long; ovary and pedicel arched, 5–8 mm long; bracts 13–15 mm long, lanceolate, acuminate.
Dorsal sepal 4–6.7 × 1.6–2.8 mm, ovate, obtuse; lateral sepals 4.5–7.6 × 2.3–2.6 mm, rather oblique.
A slender terrestrial herb 8–27 cm tall, with ovoid to cylindrical tuberous roots up to 5 cm long.
Petals 3–6.5 × 2–3.3 mm, obliquely ovate, obtuse, attached to column at the base.
Flowers almost white, pale to deep pink or purple with darker marks on lip.
Leaves up to 10, 2.5–6 × 2–3.5 cm, linear-lanceolate.
Column 2.5–3.3 mm long.
Stem leafy.
