Lip 10–13 mm long, with 2 keels at the junction of epichile and hypochile; hypochile forming a spur 5–9 mm long with a blunt, green bulbous tip; epichile 6.5–9.5 × 3.8–7.5 mm, 3-lobed at about half-way, the mid-lobe fleshy and convex.
Terrestrial herb, up to 210 mm tall. Leaves numerous, lanceolate, up to 30 x 13 mm. Spur ± 6 mm long. Lip narrowing towards apex, without distinct side lobes. Flowers pink.
Inflorescence 7–16 cm long, densely several-to many-flowered; ovary and pedicel green with purple spots, 6–13 mm long; bracts leaf-like, up to 30 mm long.
Dorsal sepal 6–10 × 2.3–5 mm, elliptic, convex; lateral sepals 6.5–12 × 2.3–4.5 mm, oblique, spreading upwards.
Petals 6–9.5 × 2.3–3.5 mm, oblong-falcate, attached to column at the base.
