Leaf-blade broadly elliptic or oblong-elliptic, 2–3.5 cm. long, 1.4–2.6 cm. wide, acute or frequently retuse at the apex, the midrib ending in a minute mucro, rounded or emarginate at the base, seemingly glabrous, but scabrous with abundant minute hairs, particularly beneath; petiole 1–3 mm. long.. Inflorescence a few-flowered subcorymbose raceme; pedicels 2–2.7 cm. long, conspicuously glandular-pubescent.. Sepals 6–9 mm. long, glandular-pubescent outside.. Petals with a claw ± 4 mm. long; blade elliptic, about 8 mm. long, 4 mm. wide, apparently whitish.. Androphore ± 1 cm. long, glabrous or slightly glandular; stamens 4, ± 12 mm. long; anthers ± 3 mm. long.. Gynophore ± 1 cm. long, covered with stalked glands; ovary cylindrical, glandular-pubescent; stigma sessile, flat.. Fruits narrowly cylindrical, scarcely torulose, covered with often stalked glands.
