Leaf 40–80 × 2 mm. Flower stem 50–170 mm tall, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 12–16 × 15–20 mm, white, externally greenish; labellum white, midlobe yellow to orange with orange marginal teeth; calli yellow; column pale green. Dorsal sepal 7–10 × 2 mm, erect to incurved. Lateral sepals parallel, held close together, 7–10 × 2.5 mm. Petals 7–10 × 2 mm. Labellum 4.5–5 × 5–5.5 mm; lateral lobes entire; midlobe recurved, marginal teeth 2–6, orange. Calli in 2 rows nearly to base of midlobe. Column 4.5–5.5 × 2 mm.
