Leaf 50–200 × 7–9 mm. Flower stem 300–500 mm tall, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 50–70 mm across, greenish cream to creamy white with pink suffusions; sepals and petals with thick, heavily glandular, reddish brown tips (no clubs). Dorsal sepal erect, 45–70 × 3–4 mm. Lateral sepals initially spreading then drooping, 45–70 × 4–7 mm, divergent. Petals similarly arranged, 50–65 × 2–4 mm. Labellum 14–18 × 12–14 mm, pink to red, base paler; margins with numerous thin, red teeth to 1.5 mm long; apex recurved. Basal calli not differentiated, c. 2 mm long. Lamina calli to 2 mm long, red, in 4 or 6 rows almost to labellum apex. Column 13–15 × 4–5 mm, translucent green with red markings; basal glands c. 1.2 mm long, ovoid, yellow.
