Characteristics

Leaf linear, 90–150 × 2–3 mm. Flower stem 100–200 mm tall, thin, wiry, 1–3-flowered. Flowers 25–40 × 20–40 mm, white to pink internally, externally dusky pink; labellum white with pink to mauve margins, sometimes with a few short, purplish bars; midlobe pink to mauve with an orange apex; calli cream to pale yellow or orange with mauve stalks; column green with purple bars. Dorsal sepal 10–18 × 2.5–4 mm, erect. Lateral sepals 13–25 × 4–6 mm. Petals 12–22 × 2.5–5 mm. Labellum 6–8 × 5–7 mm, wedge-shaped; lateral lobes narrow, entire; midlobe recurved with 8–14 yellow to orange marginal teeth. Calli in 2 rows to base of midlobe. Column 7.5–8 × 3.5 mm.
