Leaf 60–120 × 3–4 mm. Flower stem 150–250 mm tall, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 20–25 × 20–25 mm, bright pink, externally greenish or brownish with dark median bands; labellum dark reddish pink to reddish purple with dark red bars, midlobe bright yellow; calli white to yellow; column green with purple or red bars. Dorsal sepal 13–18 × 2.5–3.5 mm, erect. Lateral sepals 13–20 × 3–6 mm, porrect. Petals 12–17 × 3–5.5 mm, spreading. Labellum 6–8 × 8–10 mm; lateral lobes broad, entire; midlobe recurved, with two large, flat, yellow, marginal teeth. Calli in 2 rows to base of midlobe. Column 6.5–7 × 3.5 mm.
