Characteristics

Leaf 100–150 × 1–1.5 mm, red or green, sparsely hairy. Flower stem 20–100 mm tall, c. 1 mm across, sparsely hairy, 1-flowered. Ovaries with red ribs, glandular-hairy. Flowers 8–10 × 15–20 mm, pink, externally brownish pink; labellum white and pink with narrow red bars, midlobe yellow; calli yellow; column greenish white with red bars. Dorsal sepal 8–10 × 4 mm, erect or recurved. Lateral sepals free, 8–10 × 4 mm, divergent. Petals 7–9 × 4 mm, spreading. Labellum 4–5 × 3–4 mm; lateral lobes erect and shallowly incurved, entire; midlobe strongly recurved, with short marginal teeth. Calli more or less in 2 irregular rows nearly to base of midlobe. Column 5–5.5 × 3 mm.
