Characteristics

Leaf narrowly linear, 80–150 ×1–2.5 mm, dark green, almost hairless. Flower stem 100–200 mm tall, thin, wiry, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 20–25 × 25–30 mm, white internally, externally greenish white with a dark median line; labellum white, stained and barred with maroon to purple; midlobe with an orange tip; basal calli orange, rest white; column greenish, stained and barred with purple. Dorsal sepal erect to incurved, 10–15 × 2–2.5 mm, erect to reflexed. Lateral sepals obliquely decurved, 13.5–17 × 4.5–5 mm. Petals 13–15 × 4–5 mm. Labellum 3-lobed, 7–9 × 5.5–7.5 mm; lateral lobes erect beside column, entire; midlobe triangular, recurved, with 2–6 narrow marginal teeth. Basal calli 4, c. 1.5 mm long, stalk white, head orange. Lamina calli smaller, in 2 rows to base of midlobe. Column 8–9.5 × 4 mm.
