Leaf 60–120 × 2–3 mm. Flower stem 80–150 mm tall, 1-flowered. Flowers 20–25 × 25–30 mm, white or pink, externally greenish white; labellum white or pink, often white with pink margins; midlobe with an orange tip; basal calli orange, the rest white; column green, heavily stained with red. Dorsal sepal 15–20 × 3–4 mm, erect to recurved. Lateral sepals 18–23 × 5–7 mm. Petals 15–20 × 4–5 mm. Labellum 7–10 × 5–7 mm; lateral lobes entire; midlobe triangular, recurved, with 10–16 narrow marginal teeth. Calli in 2 rows to base of midlobe. Column 8–9 × 3.5–4 mm.
