Leaf 80–200 × 6–12 mm. Flower stem 160–350 mm tall, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 30–40 mm across, pale yellowish to greenish, heavily marked and suffused with red; sepals with thick, brown, cylindrical clubs 3–5 x 1.5mm; petals lacking clubs. Dorsal sepal erect and incurved, 20–25 × 2 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely decurved, 20–25 × 3.5–4 mm, parallel. Petals recurved behind ovary, 20–25 × 2 mm. Labellum delicately hinged, 6–7.5 × 9–11 mm, flat with decurved margins, yellowish to reddish with a dark maroon, densely glandular apex; margins with numerous spreading, linear, papillate teeth to 4 mm long. Basal calli 2–4, c. 3 mm long, club-like, erect. Lamina calli to 2.5 mm long, maroon to black, crowded in a narrow blob-like central band. Column 8.5–9.5 × 3–4 mm, transparent with red markings; basal glands c. 1.5 mm long, club-shaped, yellow with a red base.
