Characteristics

Leaf erect, linear, 15–35 × 2–3 mm, slightly hairy. Flower stem 50–100 mm tall, thin, 1-flowered. Flowers 6–8 × 5–6 mm, pale pink, externally pale green; labellum whitish with red transverse bars; lateral lobes erect; midlobe porrect, pale yellow; calli yellow; column white with a pink anther cap. Dorsal sepal 2.5–3 × 2–2.5 mm, strongly incurved over column, blunt. Lateral sepals fused at base, protruding forwards like a platform beneath labellum, each sepal 2.5–3 × 2–2.5 mm, blunt. Petals spreading, 2.5–3 × 2–2.5 mm. Labellum 2.5–3 × 2 mm; lateral lobes entire; midlobe triangular, margins irregular or with short teeth. Calli in 2 rows nearly to base of midlobe. Column c. 5 × 3 mm, narrowly winged.
