Characteristics

Leaf 100–200 × 7–10 mm. Flower stem 200–600 mm tall, 1–3-flowered. Flowers 60–90 mm across, pink to pale red with white markings; sepals with moderately thick, pinkish to brown clubs 10–2  long; petals lacking clubs. Dorsal sepal erect, 40–50 × 2–3 mm. Lateral sepals spreading with downcurved tips, 40–55 × 2–3 mm, divergent. Petals similarly arranged, 30–35 × 3–4 mm. Labellum 19–25 × 10–12 mm, white to pink with a darker pink apex; margins with erect to spreading linear teeth to 5 mm long; tip recurved. Calli to 2 mm long, dark pink, in 4 or 6 rows to base of midlobe. Column 17–20 × 7–10 mm, creamy yellow with green and pink blotches.
