Characteristics

Leaf 60–150 × 5–10 mm. Flower stem 120–300 mm tall, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 35–45 mm across, uniformly pale greenish cream to yellowish, sometimes marked with red; sepals with blackish clubs 5–10 × 0.8 mm; petals lacking clubs. Dorsal sepal erect, 25–40 × 1.5–2.5 mm. Lateral sepals stiffly spreading to obliquely decurved, 25–40 × 2.5–3.5 mm, divergent. Petals similarly arranged, 20–30 × 1.5–2 mm. Labellum 12–18 × 7–13 mm, yellowish, usually with a red apex; margins with 3–4 pairs of short, yellow to red teeth to 1 mm long; tip recurved. Basal calli 4–6, c. 1 mm long, erect. Lamina calli to 1 mm long, dark red, in 4 rows to base of midlobe. Column 9.5–12 × 4.5–5 mm, pale green; basal glands c. 1.2 mm long, club-shaped, shiny yellow.
