Characteristics

Leaf 100–150 × 2 mm. Flower stem 100–160 mm tall, 1-flowered. Flowers 14–18 × 17–22 mm, white, externally greenish; labellum white; midlobe with a yellow to orange apex; basal calli orange; main calli white to yellow or orange; column green and white. Dorsal sepal 9–11 × 1.8 mm, erect to incurved. Lateral sepals 9.5–11.5 × 2.5 mm. Petals 10.5–11.5 × 2.5 mm. Labellum 5.5–6.5 × 6.5–7 mm; lateral lobes entire; midlobe recurved, with 6–10 marginal teeth. Basal calli 2, c. 1.2 mm long, orange-headed; lamina calli c. 1 mm long, in 2 rows to base of midlobe. Column 5–6.5 × 3 mm.

Environment

Known from less than 20 plants in two small colonies situated close together at a single locality. Found growing among litter and shrubs on slopes in open forest dominated by Silver Peppermint (Eucalyptus tenuiramis) and Messmate, in freely draining, gravelly loam over mudstone.
