Erecta, semi-teretia vel superne obscure carinata, inferne vix attenuata, ad 3 cm longa, rarius ad 4 mm diam.; pedunculus 2 cm longus, basi bracteatus, brateis 1.2 cm longis sine vagina 2 mm longa; receptaculum fere semi-globosum, 3 mm longa, 7 mm diam.; sepala 5, subaequilonga, 6-7 mm longa; petala 1-2-seriata, obtusa, aurea, ad 2 cm longa, 2.5, vel rarius ad 3 mm, lata; stamina 4 mm longa, filamentis luteis, antheris pollineque pallide luteis; discus crenulatus; ovarium semi-globose per 1.5 mm elevatum, sat conspicue 10-lobatum, lobis subcompressis, sat grosse papillatis; stigmata 10, stamina subaequantia; capsula immatura 9 mm diam.
