Characteristics

Leaves 50–70 × 20–30 mm. Flower stem 45–70 mm long. Flowers obliquely erect, 17–20 × 25–30 mm, green to dark purplish brown; calli black; column reddish or purplish. Dorsal sepal spathulate, 17–20 × 7–9 mm; apical club c. 1 mm long. Lateral sepals projected forwards and obliquely decurved beneath labellum, 14–17 × 2 mm; apical clubs c. 1 mm long. Petals widely divergent, 13–16 × 2.3 mm, curved. Labellum nearly horizontal, ovate, 10–13 × 9–12 mm, margins with a narrow pale band. Calli 6–10, three basal ones tall and column-like, rest short or sessile. Column 10–11 × 4.5–5 mm.
