Characteristics

Leaves 40–75 × 15–22 mm. Flower stem 50–100 mm long. Flower obliquely erect, 10–12 × 8–9 mm, greenish brown; calli black; column pale green with purple flecks. Dorsal sepal incurved, spathulate, 12.5–13.5 × 3–3.2 mm; apical club 0.5 mm long. Lateral sepals recurved beneath labellum, 9–10 × 1 mm, widely divergent; apical clubs 0.6–0.8 mm long. Petals 9.5–10.5 × 3 mm, reflexed against ovary. Labellum suberect, diamond-shaped, 9–10 × 8–8.5 mm, apex recurved. Callus prominent, shiny, covering most of labellum surface, major gland stalked, apex shaped like handlebar. Column 8.5–9.5 × 5.5–6 mm, with very broad, hooded wings.
