Characteristics

Leaves 25–85 × 10–20 mm. Flower stem 40–70 mm long. Flower 10–14 × 5–7 mm, usually green, occasionally greenish brown to reddish pink; calli black, shiny; column pale green flecked with dark purple. Dorsal sepal spathulate, incurved, 10–15 × 2.5–3 mm; apical club 2–2.5 mm long. Lateral sepals recurved beneath labellum, 13–18 × 0.8 mm; apical clubs 3–7 mm long. Petals 8–11 × 2–3 mm, reflexed against ovary. Labellum obliquely erect at base then horizontal, diamond-shaped, 8–10 × 5–6.5 mm. Callus more or less rounded, wasp-like (sometimes shaped like a small turtle), restricted to basal part of labellum. Column 6.5–7.5 × 2.5–3 mm.
