Characteristics

Leaves 50–80 × 15–25 mm, margins wavy to crinkled. Flower stem 50–75 mm long. Flower obliquely erect, 8–10 × 5–6 mm, green or pinkish; calli reddish black; column pale green with a few purple spots. Dorsal sepal incurved, narrowly spathulate, 10–11 × 2–2.5 mm; apical club c. 1 mm long. Lateral sepals projected forwards beneath labellum, curved, 9–10 × 1 mm, divergent; apical clubs c. 1 mm long, dark-coloured. Petals reflexed against ovary, 8–9 × 2.5 mm. Labellum erect at base then nearly horizontal, trowel-shaped, 7–8 × 5–6 mm, margins purplish, apex recurved. Callus shiny, covering most of labellum, main stalked gland handlebar-like. Column 7–8 × 2.5–3 mm.
