Characteristics

Leaves flat, to 30 cm long, 1.5-3.5 mm wide, moderately tomentose and grey ageing to sparsely tomentose and green; marginal hairs to 3 mm long in 2 alternate ranks, longer than laminal hairs, white, spreading, flexuose, simple. Scape to 25 cm long, equal to leaves. Perianth 10.5-12.5 mm long; tube golden yellow; lobes 5-8 mm long, pale yellow to cream with brown apical margins. Anthers 4-5.5 mm long, with appendages. Style 7.5-9 mm long.
