Tree: thorny; dwarfed; canopy spreading; flowers small; leaves small and elliptical, without lobes; also used as rootstock for its dwarfing effect and seed production. Fruit: small; 1.9 cm wide and 1.6 cm high; 3.5 g; typically elliptical; small; firm; skin dark reddish; ripens late November to late February.
