Leaves: stipules very quickly caducous, apparently not leafy; petiole 6–18 mm. long; leaflets 2, on petiolules 1–3 mm. long, ± obliquely elliptic, 6.5–14(–16, fide Harms) cm. long, 2.4–7.3 cm. wide, obtuse or somewhat emarginate at apex, glabrous; venation obscure or not apparent on both surfaces.. Panicles 3–8 cm. long; axes glabrous or nearly so; pedicels 4–6 mm. long.. Flowers small, white.. Sepals 4, 2.5–3 mm. long.. Petals 5, oblanceolate-oblong, 4–5 mm. long, 1–1.5 mm. wide..
