Leaves 3–5-foliolate; petiole up to 1(4) cm. long, grey-pubescent; leaflet-lamina slightly fleshy, up to 8 × 2·3(4·5) cm., narrowly elliptic to obovate, apex obtuse or acute, margin serrate-crenate, base cuneate, puberulous or glabrescent above, densely pubescent below, petiolules 0–2 mm. long (up to 1 cm. on central leaflet); stipules c. 5 mm. long, lanceolate-or ovate-falcate, densely pubescent outside.
