Leaves 2–6 cm. long; stipules oblong or oblong-lanceolate, 2–5 mm. long, caducous; lateral leaflets (1–)2–3 on either side of rhachis, oblong-obovate to broadly obovate, 0.8–2.4 cm. long, 0.7–2.3 cm. wide, truncate to broadly rounded or emarginate at apex, cuneate, pubescent on both surfaces; primary lateral nerves 4–6 on either side of midrib, the lower ones ascending to upper half..
