Characteristics

Perennial climber with several lax stems. Leaves trifoliolate with thin, spreading, silvery-grey pubescence on both sides, prominently reticulate. Inflorescences 1-or 2-flowered; peduncles slender, shorter than subtending leaf; bracteoles thinly papery, ribbed. Flowers white and mauve, appearing with new leaves. Flowering time Oct.-Jan. Pod linear, curved at tip to somewhat falcate.
