Characteristics

Leaves c. 20 cm. long; petiole 3–3·5 cm. long, stout; leaflets 3–5-jugate; petiolules up to 5 mm. long; rhachis densely pubescent to tomentose; leaflet-lamina up to 16 × 8·5 cm., elliptic, sub-coriaceous, glabrous above, very sparsely pubescent beneath, apex shortly and bluntly acuminate, margin entire, base cuneate; midrib impressed above; lateral nerves 8–10 pairs; reticulation rather inconspicuous on upper surface.
