Erectum glabrum, ad 14 cm. altum; rami ad 2 mm. diam., internodiis 1-3 cm. longis, cuticula demum alba, leviter asperula ob papillas minutas induratas; folia fere erecta, supra conspicue canaliculata, dorso rotundata, lat. visa acuta vel acuminata, minute papillata, saepius 2-2.5 cm. longa, 3-4 mm. lata, 3 mm. diam., vel rarius 3-3.9 cm. longa, vagina 0.5 mm.; flores irregulariter 1-3-ternati, diurni; pedunculi demum 1-3 cm. longi; receptaculum 3 mm. longum, ad 6 mm. diam.; sepala 5. 3-8 mm., vel in flore altero 4-7 mm., longa; petala 1-2-seriata, obtusa vel leviter emarginata, inferne haud angustata, roseo purpurea, ad 6 mm. longa, ad 1 mm. lata; starminodia staminibus conice confertis adpressa, acuta vel acuminata, superne pallida, 4.5 mm. longa; filamenta inferne rosea, 4 mm. longa, intima supra medium papillata, antheris pollinequo stramineis; glandulae subdistantes; ovarii lobi subapproximati obtusi, sat compressi, per 0.5 mm. elevati: stigmata subulata caudata, 2 mm., vel interdum fere ad 3 mm., longa.
