Plantae 2 visae, prima sine floribus, ramosa; rami 3-6 cm longi, inferne cicatricibus pluribus foliorum delapsorum notati, superne foliis 4 marcescentibus, carinis marginibusque conspicue incrassatis, onusti in folia 2 hornotina terminantes; folia superne divergentia, supra plana vel leviter convexa, superne carinata, lateribus convexis, lateraliter visa oblongo-semi-obovata, apice rotundata, glauca roseosuffusa, punctata velutinaque, papillis minutis capillaceis; planta secunda cum flore 8 cm alta, basi reliquis foliorum onusta; folia hornotina 2, cum vagina 1.3 cm, 4 cm longa, 2 cm diam.; pedunculus compressus, 4 mm. diam., e vagina per 2 cm exsertus; flos subvespertinus (expansus 4 p.m.), 3.8 cm diam.; receptaculum brevissimum, apice ad 1.3 cm. diam.; sepala 7 subaequilonga obtusa, exteriora carinata, 7-8 mm longa, 3 anguste membranaceo-marginata; petala densa 2-seriata subaequilonga, obtusa vel emarginata, extus rubicunda, intus aurea, inferne pallidiora; staminodia nulla; stamina erecta numerosa, apice 1.3 cm diam., filamentis glabris, 6 mm longis, antheris aureis; discus annularis crenulatus; ovarium inferum, supra leviter convexum; stigmata 7, sat gracilia, obtusa, 7 mm longa, stamina superantia.
