Inflorescence a slender, dense spike, cylindrical; flowers many, resupinate, white, brown or purple, spotted. Sepals: median sepal globose galeate, 3-5 mm long; spur slender, cylindrical, semi-pendent, decurved, 1-2 mm long; lateral sepals 3-6 mm long. Lip strap-shaped, fleshy. Flowering time Nov., Dec., after fire.
