Characteristics

Vine. Leaves with petiole 2–9 mm long; lamina succulent, ovate, 2–5 cm long, 0.5–3.5 cm wide, rounded at base, apiculate, light green to brownish, cream-mottled on upper surface, not mealy; colleters 2. Inflorescence of 1 or 2 fascicles. Flowers 5–6 mm long, 3.5–4 mm diam.; pedicels 2–3 mm long. Corolla broadly urceolate, white; lobes ovate, c. 2 mm long, 1 mm wide, minutely papillose outside. Corolline corona absent. Staminal corona lobes stalked with obcordate incurved apices. Follicles 55–65 mm long.
