Erica abietina L.

Honeysuckle heath (en)

Species

Angiosperms > Ericales > Ericaceae > Erica

Characteristics

Ovary emarginate, obovoid, covered with dense, short, retrorse hairs. The considerable range of variation and lack of clear disjunctions have resulted in the reduction of several well-known species to subspecific rank and with two new taxa warranting only subspecific rank.
